Shipping & Delivery Policy — Alcoholika La Christo

1) Scope

All official Alcoholika La Christo store orders are produced and shipped through our global print-on-demand fulfillment network. We proudly offer worldwide delivery.

2) Processing & Production Time

  • Production usually takes 2–5 business days after payment confirmation.
  • During new releases, holidays, or high-volume seasons, processing may take slightly longer.

3) Estimated Delivery Times

  • South America: 5 – 10 business days
  • North America / Europe: 7 – 15 business days
  • Asia / Oceania / Africa: 10 – 20 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on destination, carrier, or customs clearance.

4) Incorrect or Faulty Products

If you receive an incorrect or faulty item, please contact us within 30 days of delivery at support@alcoholikalachristo.com. We will gladly arrange a free reprint or the most suitable solution.

  • Include clear photos or a short video showing the issue.
  • If multiple items share the same design, provide one image showing all affected products together.

No free reprint is offered in the following cases:

  • Lost orders caused by an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer.
  • Products received as ordered, but the customer wishes to exchange for a different size or color.
  • Minor size deviations (less than 1 inch / 2.5 cm) from the size chart measurements.
  • Low-quality prints resulting from low-resolution or poor-quality artwork files submitted.

5) Lost Packages

  • First, confirm that the shipping address provided is 100 % correct — even a small typo can cause delivery failure.
  • If the address is correct, please check with your local post office; packages sometimes await pickup there.
  • After completing these steps, contact us. If no error is found on your side, we’ll investigate and issue a free reprint when appropriate.

6) Returning Orders

If an order is returned to our facility or the print provider due to an incorrect or incomplete address, you may choose between:

  • A reprint with an additional shipping charge, or
  • A partial refund of the product cost (excluding shipping).

7) Order Tracking

  • Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a tracking link.
  • Some economy shipping methods may have limited tracking once the package leaves the origin country.

8) Taxes & Customs Duties

  • International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees imposed by your local authorities.
  • These charges are not included in product or shipping prices and are the responsibility of the customer.
