Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

1) Who this policy covers
This policy applies to all customers. If you’re located in the EU or UK, additional consumer rights apply as described below (they don’t affect your non-EU/UK rights).
2) Change-of-mind returns (standard policy)
- We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for items that are unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.
- To start a return, email alcoholikalachristo@alcoholikalc.com with your order number and reason. We’ll reply with return instructions and the return address: [C. Los Olivos 5, Alto Auquisamana, La Paz].
- Unless the item is faulty or we shipped the wrong product, you’re responsible for return shipping.
3) EU / UK right to withdraw (distance sales)
If you’re in the EU or UK, you have a legal 14-day cooling-off period to withdraw from your purchase for any reason.
- How to exercise: Notify us within 14 days of delivery using any clear statement (email is fine).
- Return deadline: After notifying us, you have another 14 days to send the goods back.
- Refund timing: We refund within 14 days of receiving the goods or receiving proof you’ve sent them back (we may withhold the refund until one of these happens).
- Costs: For change-of-mind withdrawals, you bear the direct cost of return shipping unless we didn’t inform you of this. Original shipping is not refunded.

4) Exchanges
- Need a different size / color? The fastest method is to return your item and place a new order.
- If we shipped the wrong item or the item arrived damaged / defective, we’ll cover return shipping and send a replacement. (Your statutory rights remain unaffected.)
5) Faulty or not-as-described items — your statutory rights
- United Kingdom: Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you have a short-term right to reject faulty goods within 30 days for a full refund. After 30 days and within 6 months, if a repair / replacement isn’t successful, you’re usually entitled to a refund.
- European Union: Under Directive (EU) 2019/771, you’re entitled to remedies for lack of conformity (repair, replacement, price reduction, or refund). A minimum 2-year legal guarantee applies EU-wide.
6) Refunds — method & timing
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method and in the currency used at checkout.
- Operationally, we aim to process approved refunds within 5–10 business days after inspection; for EU / UK withdrawals we will always meet the 14-day legal deadline described above.
7) Non-returnable items
- Personalized / Custom or signed merchandise (unless faulty)
- Digital downloads
- Hygiene-sealed items once unsealed (if applicable)
8) International shipping, customs & refusals
- We ship worldwide. Customs duties, taxes, or import fees are not included and are the buyer’s responsibility.
- We aren’t responsible for customs delays or holds.
- If you refuse to pay duties and the parcel returns to us, we’ll refund the item price minus any non-recoverable shipping / customs costs.
- If the item is delivered, your EU / UK withdrawal rights in Section 3 still apply.
